It’s been almost a month since our North American cousins first got there hands on the much trumpeted Palm Pre, yet those of us in Europe are yet to even receive a launch date. But could this change in a matter of days? Many media outlets are speculating network exclusivity and announcements this coming week, T3 magazine suggest that O2 and Vodafone are the strongest contenders, where as the guardian recently reported that network insiders are claiming O2 UK to have exclusivity. 2009 is certainly a year of the Smartphone’s, with upcoming phone’s such as the Toshiba TG01 (spotted on orange UK) and HTC Hero due to join the scrum.
